Washakie County Extension Educator Phyllis Lewis uses a black light to show Ella Garcia and Carley Cruz how germs spread from person to person at the East Side Elementary School Monday morning.

WORLAND – Monday morning, Washakie County Extension educator Phyllis Lewis went to the East Side Elementary School to teach the first graders the proper way to wash their hands and how germs can spread quickly.
