1 vote dooms Winters' Nondiscrimination Act

Thermopolis representative encouraged by support; hopes to try again during 2017 Legislature Session

CHEYENNE — State Rep. Nathan Winters (R-Thermopolis) was encouraged by the support his Government Nondiscrimination Act received, despite not being introduced on Friday.
