Wyoming Business Council meets today, Thursday in Worland

WORLAND — The Wyoming Business Council Board of Directors will consider three Economic Development Large Project loans and three Business Ready Community (BRC) grant and loan requests at its Sept. 8 board meeting in Worland.

The Business Council board will meet this afternoon for a tour of Worland highlighting economic development projects including Washakie Medical Center, Washakie Development Association, Admiral Beverage and Guardian Flight.

Board members will reconvene at 8:30 a.m. this morning at the Washakie Museum and Cultural Center at 2200 Big Horn Ave., to consider BRC grant requests and large project loans.

The State Loan and Investment Board (SLIB) will make final decisions on project requests at its 8 a.m. meeting on Oct. 6 in Room 1699 of the Herschler Building in Cheyenne.
