A celebration of the life of Randy D. Owsley, 66, will be at 6 p.m. Friday, Feb. 17, at the VFW in Thermopolis.
Mr. Owsley of Thermopolis, died suddenly Sunday, February 12, 2017 at Hot Springs County Memorial Hospital.
Mortimore Funeral Home has assisted the family.
