Man involved in '72 Mafia slaying waives hearing in Wyoming

CHEYENNE (AP) — An 81-year-old man who was convicted in the 1970s killing of a nephew of notorious mob boss Carlo Gambino has waived his preliminary hearing on drug charges in Wyoming.
Friday’s decision by Henry Sentner, of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, sends his case to District Court, where he’ll be asked to enter a plea.
