DENVER (AP) — A report of shots fired Thursday near the Colorado state Capitol briefly put the building on lockdown. Police are still investigating what happened but said there were no reports of injuries.

Police are still investigating what happened but said there were no reports of injuries.
A photograph from The Denver Post showed police taking a man into custody outside the Capitol but it wasn’t immediately clear if the arrest was related to the shooting report.
