Worland Building Inspector Nick Kruger collects one of the twenty-five flags he tracked down from help from the community and city employees. Kruger is trying to collect the rest of the flags, if any. There are possibly 22 flags left out there. If the rest of the flags don't turn up, it could be a possibility that there were only 25 flags to begin with, Kruger said.
