Samuel Jerry Clingan, 68 year old Worland resident passed away on July 22, 2015 at the Washakie Medical Center in Worland. Jerry was born on October 25, 1946 to John and Ruby (Smith) Clingan in Rock Springs, Wyo. He graduated from Rock Springs in 1965. He worked at Coors Can Plant in Golden, Colorado, retiring after over 30 years of dedicated service. He then relocated to Worland, where he work for a number of years at Kennedy Ace Hardware.

He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Eva Sue and daughter, Tammie.

Survivors include his love and special partner, Alice Rogers, children, Terry of Texas and Timothy of Colorado; brothers, Patrick and Robert Clingan both of Rock Springs, Wyo .; three grandchildren, Courtney, Caitlyn and Timothy, Jr .; nieces, Dina (Dave) Preece in MT. View, Wyo. and Christy Smith in Lyman, Wyo.

Memorial services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at St. Alban's Episcopal Church. A private family inurnment will take place at a later date.
