Francisco Hernandez pokes his head above a light fixture in the Worland High School Library. Hernandez works for Virile Electric, one of a few contractors involved in the Library remodel. The library remodel is scheduled to be completed before the first day of school if everything goes right, according to Principal Kevin Smith.
