Emotions run high during legislative committee meeting about the Wyoming Retirement Center

WORLAND - Emotions ran from tears to anger during the second day of The Joint Labor, Health and Services Interim committee meeting which started Monday in Lovell and resumed Tuesday at the Wyoming Retirement Center in Basin.
