Ten Sleep Solid Waste District facing DEQ changes

Ten Sleep residents line up to drop off their solid waste at the town dump. Currently, the dump is open only on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

TEN SLEEP – Due to prioritization by the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ), municipal unlined landfills across Wyoming are facing either mandatory transfer of refuse, or closure. For Ten Sleep, the deadline is looming.
