One last championship celebration was in store for the Worland High School volleyball team as athletes and coaches gathered with their family in the commons on Thursday evening for the annual awards banquet. Pictured left are the athletes who received postseason awards. From left is Anna Lopez, Bailey Gibbons, Charlee Townsend, Mackenzie Cottrell and Emily Keller. Cottrell and Keller were recognized as Honorable Mention 3A East All-Conference while Lopez, Gibbons and Townsend all received 3A East All-Conference honors. On top of that, Lopez and Gibbons were also named to the 3A All-State team.
