City tackles snow removal

Crews began ‘windrowing’ Thanksgiving morning after first major storm

WORLAND — With Worland receiving its first major winter storm of the year, city crews also faced their first test in getting the streets clear.

According to Worland Superintendent of Public Works Brian Burky, the city is successfully removing snow and ice buildup from last week’s storm. Burky added that there is always room for improvement.
