WORLAND – The U.S Forest Service and the BLM (Bureau of Land Management) have issued fire restrictions due to the hot, dry, windy summer which has turned the Big Horn Basin into a tinderbox. Little things that people wouldn’t normally consider to be dangerous can and will start a fire, a fire that will spread quickly with the abundant dry fuel around.
