East Side Elementary student Myles Lass exits the "burning building" using techniques he's learned for years during Fire Prevention Week. The Worland Fire Department uses a smoke bus to help students put into practice the tips they learn of keeping low when there's smoke.
WORLAND - The Worland Fire Department has been teaching fire safety to preschool and elementary school students this week as part of Fire Prevention Week. The week will culminate with the department's annual free community pancake breakfast from 8-11 a.m. Saturday at the fire hall.
