Richelle Denise White (better known as Riki), 55, passed away on Tuesday, January 31 in Coeur d'Alene Idaho after a long fight with cancer.

As per her wishes, there will be no immediate service. The family will hold a celebration of life in July 2017. Anyone who wishes to attend may contact the family for details at 208-661-4065.

Riki was born in Worland, Wyoming to parents Ron Nomura and Helen Martens on April 12, 1961. She married Daniel White, also of Worland, on May 25, 1989. The two celebrated a total of 40 years together. They spent the early days of their relationship exploring the mountains of Wyoming and skiing at the Bighorn Mountains.

Riki enjoyed camping with her family, hiking and antler hunting, making beautiful pieces of jewelry, and spending time with her best friend Lucky Dog. Favorite memories with her include floating the river every summer, overly enthusiastic mom-cheering at wrestling matches and playing "kitty" with her granddaughter Aubree.

She is survived by the love of her life, Dan White, her children Sarah White, Dylan White, Kyle White and Sami Studstill, her brothers Ryan Nomura and Russ Nomura, her parents Ron Nomura, Helen Martens and Kathie Nomura, her grandchildren Aubree White and Lincoln White, and her dear cousins, relatives and friends Donna Sellers, Logan Cork, Rhiannon Cork, Patty Zander, Mike White and Margy White.

The family extends their sincere thanks to her dedicated caretakers Stephanie and Kimberly.

We will remember Riki as a vibrant, fun-loving woman who loved her family, her fur-family and her friends. She will be deeply missed.
