Thermopolis robotics team to host Saturday scrimmage

Robotics students at Hot Spring High School develop and build specialized robots to perform a variety of tasks, including competing in state and national contests. The robots are required to pick up a variety of balls in a timed event, to prove functionality.

THERMOPOLIS – The Hot Springs High School robotics team will host a four-school scrimmage this Saturday, pitting specialized robots against each other to win a chance to compete in the Wyoming State Regional Finals.

Thermopolis students will compete against students from Powell, Jackson Hole and Midwest, starting at 11 a.m. at the Thermopolis Middle School commons area, led by coach and compu...
