James (Jim) Allen Spadt, age 76 of Conroe, Texas passed from this life on Wednesday, February 1, 2017. Jim was born on December 8, 1940, to Henry and Irene (Miller) Spadt in Worland, Wyoming. He graduated from Worland HS in 1959, played Jr. Legion baseball and football, and was the Wyoming State Wrestling Champion at 120 lbs. He attend the University of Wyoming in Laramie and served in the U.S. Army Air Corps. As owner of Jim Spadt Homes, he built numerous homes in the Houston area and continued to work in the building industry until his retirement. Jim was a big fan of NASCAR racing and all Texas sports teams. He loved wood working, fishing and spending time with his family at the "Camp".

He was preceded in death by his parents and his beloved wife, Dolores.

Surviving him are his sons, Randoph (Kim) King, Daniel (Tanya) King, Martin (Michelle) King, six grandchildren and one great grandson. His brothers, Jerry (Pam), Bob (Rosemary), a sister Carolyn (Burt) McDonald, and a host of extended family and friends.

He was loved, admired and will be truly missed by all who knew him.
