City continues looking into golf course concerns

The Green Hills Golf Course in Worland was busy this spring and summer with tournaments and a junior league, including the Cowboy Joe Tournament in early May. Golfers came to the city council last week expressing concern about the management and condition of the course.

WORLAND - After hearing concerns from a handful of golfers at the Sept. 5 council meeting, Worland Public Works Director Brian Burky took a tour of the Green Hills Golf Course last week.

Ernie Skretteberg said he was speaking on behalf of those in attendance as well as the majority of golfers at Green Hills Golf Course and Green Hills Golf Course Restaurant.
