Leaders, members honored during 4-H Week

WORLAND — During National 4-H Week last week, Washakie County 4-H honored a member and a leader from five clubs.

Washakie County 4-H Educator Amber Armajo said, “We are going to need them, all of them. We need their determination, their compassion and their leadership. We need the next generation of leaders to face the challenges the future will bring and 4-H is doing just that. 4-H is growing the next generation of leaders —we need them and we support them.”

The list of honorees are as follows:

Monday: The Outlaws member Melvin Craft and leader JaNeen Goncalves.

Tuesday: The Renegades member Myles Baugh and leader Erin Wright.

Wednesday: The Roadrunners member Madilyn Glanz and leader Matt Lentsch.

Thursday: The Ten Sleep Sage Stompers member Bree Jackson and leader Nikki Erickson.

Friday: The South Flat Juniors member Rachel Drake and leader Beth Shaffer.
