Viper Underground works on the the 15th Street project Tuesday morning. Fifteenth Street at the intersection with Big Horn Avenue will be closed during the duration of the project, through early April. The project includes replacing utilities. concrete paving for half block on the north and south sides and replacing the pedestrian bridges on the north side of 15th Street.
