While most rivers in Wyoming are receding the Big Horn River is still high at 11.24 feet Thursday and running just over 9,000 cubic feet per second. The high levels have flooded the boat ramp area between the Culbertson and Big Horn Avenue bridges. The area has remained closed since the ice jam flooding in February.
