Washakie County Special Olympic athlete Kenneth Simmons puts up a decoration on the Memory Tree at Pioneer Square. The Memory Tree, where people can purchase a CD ornament in memory of a loved one, is a fundraiser for the local Special Olympians. Order forms are available at Rocky Mountain Framing, Big Horn Federal Bank, O.W.L. Unlimited, Bryant Funeral Home and at Saturday's Festival of Trees.
