SuZann Whitlock, Clerk of the Washakie County Fifth Judicial District Court, was awarded an individual achievement award in September by the Wyoming Child Support Association. Whitlock has served on the board of directors for the Basin Authority since its inception in 1995. The Basin Authority operates as the enforcement agency for child support for the Fifth Judicial District, with some 400 cases per year.
