Wayne Kay Moncur, 74, died Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2015, in Thermopolis.
He was born Oct. 14, 1941 at Lovell.
Funeral services will be 9 a.m., Saturday, Nov. 21, 2015, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Thermopolis.
Bryant Funeral Home is assisting the family with the arrangements.
