Shauna Rohrer

Lifelong Worland resident Shauna Carol Rohrer passed away on March 20, 2016 following a long and gallant struggle with cancer.

Shauna was born on January 27, 1950 in Worland, a daughter of Francine (Baston) and Carroll O. Daugherty. Shauna was raised in Worland and attended school here, graduating with the Class of 1968.

She married Conrad Keller. on November 9, 1967 in Worland. The couple then lived on farms in the area where she was active in the farming operation. They later divorced.

Shauna had worked for the A & W Drive-In, Marvin's for Men, Graham's Drug Store, and then she worked for Big Horn Federal Savings Bank as a customer service representative for 15 years before retiring in 2012.

She was active in bowling in Worland, coached bowling and bicycling for Special Olympics and had served as a volunteer for the American Cancer Society. She also helped at the local food bank and chaperoned kids at the Farmers Union Summer Camp in Colorado. Shauna had also been named as the B. & P.W. Young Woman of the Year.

She married Steven L. Rohrer in Worland on June 6, 2003. The couple enjoyed traveling together, riding their motorcycle on scenic trips, and growing flowers in their yard which was named Garden of the Month more than once. In recent years her life was filled with joy watching her grandchildren compete in sporting events and school related activities.

Shauna was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Worland where she had been a Sunday school teacher for 13 years.

She was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Connie Keller; by her parents; and by her sisters Patra McGowen and Carolyn Langston.

Shauna will be deeply missed by her husband Steve; by her children Conrad Keller II. of Euless, TX and Paul (Kari) Keller of Worland; by her grandchildren Emily, Joseph and Samantha Keller all of Worland; by her brother Gary (Peggy) Daugherty of Oldsmar, Florida; and by her nieces Shannon Byers of Idaho Falls, ID and Brenna Daugherty of San Antonio, TX, and by her nephews Nicholas McGowen of Ketchikan, Alaska and Cameron Daugherty of San Antonio, TX.

A memorial service and celebration of her life will be held on April 9, 2016 at 10:30 AM at Zion Lutheran Church in Worland.

Memorials in her name may be made to the Relay for Life in care of Connie Bowers at 316 South 21st – Worland, Wyoming 82401.
