WORLAND - Worland firefighters were honored with years of service pins and the top four annual awards were presented Saturday night at the Worland Elks Club.
The 2015 Firefighter of the Year Award went to Lt. Troy Nelsen. In announcing the award, Chief Chris Kocher said this year's award winner "exemplified the honor throughout the past year."
He said Nelsen is always willing to teach new fire...
