WORLAND — The National Weather Service issued a severe thunderstorm warning with large hail about 4:30 p.m. Monday and then upgraded the warning about seven minutes later to a tornado warning.
NWS meteorologist Brett McDonald of the Riverton office said a warning means “take action now that an event is very likely to occur or is occurring.
