May 27, 2016

WORLAND – As school comes to close, parents of summer school students and children under 18 can take advantage of the Summer Food Service Program that will give out free breakfasts, lunches and snacks.

The program, sponsored by the Washakie County School District No. 1, will give a free breakfast, lunch and snacks to summer school students and anyone child under 18 is willing to stop by the school Monday through Friday.

There is no application or registration required, and Superintendent David Nicholas said, “The schools have been doing this for a decade or a decade and a half.”
