Worland Wildfires set to host one-day tournament on Father's Day

WORLAND - The Worland Wildfires are hosting a three-team round robin tournament Sunday, Father's Day, at Newell Sargent Park. There will be two brackets, one for 12U and the other for 16U. Worland, Lander and Riverton will have teams in each bracket.

Sunday's games will be the first and only home games of the season for the Wildfires, something coach Dave Coronado said the girls are "very excited" for the opportunity to play in front of their friends and family.

If you're out and about on Father's Day, head down to Newell Sargent Park and support the Worland Wildfires and Big Horn Basin Blue Jays who will also be finishing their tournament.

The game times for the first two games on Sunday are as follows.

9:30 a.m.

Field 3 Wildfires 10U vs Riverton 12 U      Field 5 Wildfires 14U vs Riverton 16U

11 a.m.

Field 3 Riverton 12U vs Lander 12U           Field 5 Riverton 16U vs Lander 16U

1 p.m.
