Wyoming Senate defeats campus carry bill

CHEYENNE (AP) — The Wyoming Senate has defeated a bill that would have allowed students and other people who aren’t police to carry guns on college campuses, including athletic events.

The Senate didn’t debate House Bill 136 before Thursday’s 17-13 vote.
