Rocky Mountain Power seeks annual rate decrease for Wyoming customers

WORLAND — Rocky Mountain Power has asked the Wyoming Public Service Commission for a rate decrease for customers totaling $16.2 million. For the average residential customer using 733 kilowatt hours per month, this will mean a decrease of approximately $15.36 annually.

“When customers’ rates are set, they include the costs of electricity such as fuel and wholesale electricity purchases....
