CHEYENNE — Emily Wheeler, Girls State delegate from Worland, attended the 75th session of American Legion Auxiliary Wyoming Girls State held on the campus of Laramie County Community College in Cheyenne on June 11-17.

Wheeler was elected Paintbrush City Fireman and Postal Clerk and Judge of the District Court.
