Judy died July 31 peacefully surrounded by family she is survived. By her 8 loving children, Debra Jo Williams, Kelly Todd Schneider, Edwina Marie Painter, Michelle Loraine Marswick , Edward Michael Delbaugh, James Kole, Wendy Gale Tapp, Bobby Dale Tapp. Her parents James R Toler & Bertha Toler preceded her in death. She is now in their loving arms.

She had 17 grandchildren & 16 great grandchildren.

She grew up in Worland & attended Washakie High School. She will be missed By her family and friends.
