3rd reading for water ordinance tonight

WORLAND — A new ordinance before the Worland City Council tonight would raise the municipal court automation fee.

According to Ordinance 843, which will require three readings before going into effect, the court fee would increase $15 to $35, $10 to be deposited in the Worland Municipal Court fund and $25 to the State of Wyoming court automation fee account.

City Attorney Kent Richins said the increase is being passed on from an increase from the Wyoming Supreme Court.

Before the council at tonight’s regular meeting is third and final reading of Ordinance 840 on water.
