Auditor recommends water rate increase

WORLAND — Following a recommendation by the auditor, the Worland City Council is considering a 10 percent to 15 percent rate increase for water.

James Seckman, certified public accountant, presented a clean annual audit report to the city for the fiscal year that ended June 30. He said the general fund cash position is “fairly strong” and general fund reserves and enterprise fund reserves...
