Marilyn C. Lang Showalter born July 19, 1939 in Bismark, North Dakota went to be with her loving Father God, Feb. 25, 2018 from her home in Rawlins, Wyoming surrounded by loving family.

Raised in Sterling, North Dakota on a farm, she worked along side her brothers and sisters. She attended Asbury Collage, in Wilmore, Ken. where she met the love of her life Robert B. Showalter. Married in Dec. 1960. To this union two daughters were born. Marilyn had a love of music and played both piano and oregon.

She is survived by her husband, Bob, daughters Michelle, and Tess and their children and grandchildren.

She was an accomplished seamstress. She worked many years as a cook in various senior health care facilities, including Worland's. She loved the clients she cooked for and they appreciated the care and love she gave them. Her last was in Rawlins Health Care Facility.

The family invites those who wish to share in graveside service, to join them at Monument Cementary, in Thermopolis, Wyoming May 12 at 10:00 am.
