Creating children's smiles one bike at a time

WORLAND – Cody resident Richard Perkins, founder of the Lauralynn Project, is planning on visiting Worland the first week of March to give bicycles to area children who can’t afford to buy one.

“We are trying for March 2 and right now I am in the process of trying to get a spot in Worland to set up,” Perkins said.
