Governor Mark Gordon, pursuant to President Donald Trump’s proclamation, orders that the flags of the United States and Wyoming shall be flown at half-staff at all public buildings and grounds until sunset, February 9, 2019 as a mark of respect for the memory of former U.S. Representative John David Dingell, Jr..
