LANDER - The Ten Sleep Lady Pioneers lost 31-25 to Little Snake River in the quarterfinals of the 1A West Regional girls basketball tournament in Lander today.

The Lady Pioneers play Meeteetse at 10 a.m. tomorrow (Friday) in a loser-out game.
