BLM fire crews fight the Nowater Fire on Wednesday.

Worland and Ten Sleep fire departments were dispatched to the Nowater Fire at about 9:40 a.m. Wednesday morning.

According to the Bureau of Land Management, The Nowater Fire, south of Ten Sleep, is approximately 100 acres and burning in sagebrush and grass a few miles south of the Honeycombs Wilderness Study Area.

Multiple SEATs (single engine air tankers) are on scene.

Thank you to firefighters from Worland, Ten Sleep and the State of Wyoming for a quick, coordinated response.
