Dumpster decoration project moving forward

WORLAND — A project that was first discussed two years ago in November 2017 has taken on new life with the Board of Adjustment and Planning Commission moving forward with an idea to decorate downtown dumpsters.

The BAPC had approached the council a few months ago and received confirmation last month that they had the go ahead for the project.
