Local legislators still feel special session necessary, despite only one bill passing

WORLAND - Despite no bill prohibiting vaccine mandates, local legislators believe the special session that ended last Wednesday, Nov. 3, was necessary.
Sen. Ed Cooper (R-Ten Sleep) voted in favor of the session and said despite only passing one bill there was "good discussion" and everyone understands the problem "even more than we did before."
