Billy Ray Dyer, 75-year-old Worland resident, passed away in Ogden, Utah, on Nov. 6, 2021. Billy was born in Denver, Colorado, on Sept. 16, 1946.

Military services will be at 1 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2021 at Riverview Memorial Gardens Cemetery with a funeral service following at the American Legion Post #44.
