CHEYENNE - The House and Senate completed work on the budget last week with differences in the two versions to be ironed out this week.
Sen. Ed Cooper (R-Ten Sleep, SD20) said, "We were able to pretty well hold the line with the Appropriations Committee. It is a pretty good budget approved out of the Senate."
