Blanche Marie Fehlberg, passed away March 16, 2023 in Rigby, Idaho. Blanche was born Dec. 23, 1976 in Salt Lake City, Utah. A memorial service will be 10 a.m. March 30, at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 2200 Stafford Drive in Ammon, Idaho. Graveside services will be March 31, 11 a.m. at the Ten Sleep Wyoming Cemetery.
