    ELLENTON, Fla. (AP) — The owners of Ringling Bros and Barnum & Bailey Circus announced Saturday that they will close the 146-year-old show in May. Kenneth Feld, the chairman and CEO of Feld Entertainment, which owns the circus, said declining attendance combined with high operating costs are the reasons for closing.     CHEYENNE – A Wyoming Senate file introduced Jan. 11, hopes to bring more film revenue to the state, by changing existing film commission rules and offering an enhanced rebate to filmmakers choosing to make television shows and movies in the state.     CASPER (AP) — People would be able to carry concealed guns at government meetings and on campuses of public colleges if the Legislature approves two bills. The Casper Star-Tribune reports Rochester Republican Rep. Bo Biteman and about a dozen GOP lawmakers proposed the legislation Friday. Wyoming does not require a permit to carry a concealed firearm.     WORLAND -Back-to-back contests are tough for any team in any sport. Last weekend the Worland Warriors boys swimming had consecutive duals. First they traveled to Powell on Friday for a 5 p.m. dual then hosted the Cody Broncs Saturday morning on a quick turnaround.
