    TEN SLEEP – The Washakie County School District No. 2 Board of Directors heard from County Commissioner Aaron Anderson Monday evening, with a proposal to draft an agreement before moving forward on a possible expansion of the Ten Sleep Library.     POWELL —Big Horn Basin high school soccer players are invited to vie for a spot on the Northwest College Soccer Teams at an open tryout Saturday, Feb. 27, on the Trapper practice field. Ninety-minute tryout sessions are scheduled at 9 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. for the Trapper Men’s Team and at 10:45 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. for the Women’s team.
