FESTIVAL OF TREES To kick off the weekend, Pinnacle Bank will host the 37th annual Festival of Trees, starting at 6 p.m. on Friday. Dec. 1 in the Worland Community Center.     Washakie Prevention Coalition (WPC) attended the Washakie County Commissioners meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 21 to share their updates. Coalition members Sheri Gunderson, Katie Kirby and Lila Jolley spoke about how the coalition is working to expand its opportunities for involvement for teenagers and parents in the area.     Frances “Yvonne” Wiltsey, a beloved wife, mother, and pillar of her community, passed away peacefully at her home in Worland, Wyoming on November 23, 2023, at the age of 83. Yvonne lived a life rich in love, family, and creativity. She was born in Greybull, Wyoming on December 4, 1939, to Henry Edward Sr. and Frances Margueriete (Beckner) Hartman. Yvonne spent her younger years in Greybull, Wyoming before moving to Casper, Wyoming where she graduated in 1957. Yvonne married the love of her life, Elmer Wiltsey on April 27, 1957.
