Robert and Gloria Short get mulch with their great- granddaughter Delanie Short Friday. Gloria said Delanie will help her plant flowers and they'll use the mulch for the new trees in their garden. The mulch is available for the public at Newell Sargent Park, a project between the City of Worland and Washakie County Extension.
